Self Awareness and Transformation
My current eclectic healing practices have evolved throughout thirty-plus years of practice, mentorships, education, and personal experiences. Emotional and physical wellbeing can be deeply affected by unhelpful emotional and neurological patterns. Honoring your particular goals, needs and wishes, we may employ elements of the following to encourage self-healing and personal growth.

• RAIN - A gentle mindfulness practice helps focus on the present and cope with uncomfortable thoughts and emotions.  Recognize what’s happening; Allow, Investigate (body sensations), and Nurture
  
• IFS - Internal Family Systems  We all have multiple voices within. Listen to and recognize the intended helpfulness of even what we think of as negative thoughts, emotions and behaviors, help them find their preferred role, mediate internal conflicts and develop greater inner harmony.
  

Engaging the Neurological System

• EMDR - Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing – rebalance neurological patterns
  
• EFT - Emotional Freedom Technique (Tapping) – rebalance neurological patterns
  

Reconnect with and rebalance the body/mind

• Swedish Massage 
  
• Therapeutic Touch energy field balancing
  

Sometimes, rebalancing the neurological system is useful to change chronic muscle patterns:

• Trager - Gentle relaxing rocking movement
  
• Feldenkrais - Inviting the body’s trust via subtle movement
  

Access your unconscious inner knowing and wisdom

• Muscle Testing  Your body responds directly to yes or no questions about foods, supplements, medicines, activities, relationships, etc.
